How it works
    1. Email [email protected] or contact your local Timecode Systems reseller to request a trade-in, providing details of what products you will be returning.
    2. You’ll receive by reply a shipping address to return your products to, a trade-in reference number to include in your shipment, and a 30% discount code.
    3. You can place a new order on our online shop or with a reseller and redeem your discount code straight away.
    4. Once your returned items have been received, your order will be shipped.

Terms & Conditions
  1. This offer is valid from 14 January 2019 to 15 February 2019 (both dates inclusive).
  2. This offer entitles the customer to 30% off which is redeemable against the price of all Timecode Systems products when two or more ‘legacy’ products are traded in. Units can be returned in any condition to your reseller or directly to Timecode Systems UK.
  3. Eligible products for trade-in are: Wifimaster, MiniTX, MiniRX, MiniTRX, MiniTRX+.
  4. Any delivery charges are borne by the customer and are not included as part of this offer.
  5. We recommend using a tracked postal service for sending in units, and where possible to provide us with the tracking information. We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
  6. We are unable to return units once they have been traded in.
  7. The discount code will be issued upon receiving the initial request for trade-in and will be valid for 28 days. Any orders placed will be shipped after receiving the units.
  8. The discount code can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
