There are a number of ways to access technical support:

Our online Support Centre

This is your first port of call for basic set-up questions & troubleshooting. For 24/7 access to product manuals, troubleshooting guides and the answers to the most frequently asked questions, please visit our online support centre.

Speak to our support team

For more complex issues, to discuss specific requirements or if you simply prefer to speak to a real person, you can direct your enquiry to a member of our support team for investigation. Support technicians are available 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT/BST, Monday – Friday (UK Holidays excepted.) You can contact the team by:

  • Submitting a ticket using our online support system. Online messages can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responses will be processed and responses sent during regular business hours as above.
  • Call a support technician on 44 (0) 1700 808 600. Our technicians are based in the UK and available during our regular business hours as above.

Keep up to date

To receive firmware update news and other technical alerts please subscribe for our Product Support Bulletins.

Social media

We use our social media channels to post updates and announcements relating to everything from new products and user stories, to tutorial videos and firmware update alerts. We invite our user community to get involved in these conversations and to post their #telluswhatyousync user stories. However, we suggest for specific technical issues relating to your units, the above methods will get you to the right person to answer your question quicker.

There are also some fantastic Facebook groups and forums that have been set up by our users and they provide an excellent source of support and advice. Unfortunately Timecode Systems don’t have technical resource devoted to monitoring these groups and forums.
