‘Next Day’ orders placed after 12:00 (GMT) will be processed on the next working day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery; ‘Next Day’ orders received before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. All other orders must be placed before 17:00 (UK) for same day processing.

We can deliver to the UK, Europe, and North America directly from our website. If you would like products shipped to countries outside of this area, please contact the Timecode Systems sales team.

VAT and other charges

Please be aware that the above prices do not include taxes or duties, which may be due on or before delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union on 1 January 2021, this now also applies to countries within the EU.

RETURNS POLICY

Need to return something?

If you made a purchase through our online shop, you can return your order at any time within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund or for an exchange for a different product.

We ask that you email [email protected] before returning any items so that we know what to expect back from you.

Please secure any items safely for dispatch so they return to us in the same condition in which we supplied them. We advise making sure the package is sent using a recorded service which you can trace.

Returning products purchased from our resellers

Products purchased from an authorised reseller may be returned to the reseller and is subject to their terms and conditions. We advise that you contact them directly for return instructions. A full list of our resellers can be found here.

Returns Terms and Conditions

If you wish to return an order for a refund or an exchange:

  • The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, the customer, unless we have supplied you with a faulty item.
  • Items must be packed suitably and insured for full loss in the event of a delivery problem. Timecode Systems Limited will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
  • The original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless agreed with Timecode Systems Limited.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, to Timecode Systems Limited return address, and with prior arrangement, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid via the original payment method or an exchange as required and agreed.

The right to return goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used other than limited usage when the goods are unpacked. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an order

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you may also cancel any order with us before we have dispatched your items. In this instance, we will refund you in full using the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Notify us by email to [email protected] before we have dispatched the goods to you, or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy.
